Delivery Zones and Charges

Delivery Zone. 

Our Normal Delivery Zone covers Postcodes PO1 to PO17 and SO30 to SO32.

Orders with a value of £100.00  and over (excluding "VAT") will be delivered within our Normal Delivery Zone with a delivery charge of  £12.50 plus VAT.  

Orders below this value will incur a delivery charge of £24.99 plus VAT.

Bulk bag aggregate deliveries will attract a flat delivery charge of £12.50 plus VAT, irrespective of total order value if in our normal delivery zone.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER CERTAIN ITEMS (i.e., SCREEN WALLING, PAVING, AND SOME DECORATIVE PRODUCTS) OUTSIDE OF OUR DELIVERY ZONES DUE TO POTENTIAL BREAKAGE AND REPLACEMENT PROBLEMS. PLEASE ENQUIRE PRIOR TO ORDERING.

 RETURN GOODS:

Surplus materials or items not required for any reason can usually be returned by the customer and will incur a 35% re-stocking charge. Due to the high cost of transport and labour together with the heavy/bulky nature of building materials, we regret that substantial charges will apply to returned goods.

A 35% re-stocking charge will still apply when we collect materials from a customer, provided we are making a further delivery at the time of collection.

Where a vehicle is sent out on a collection only basis, this will incur a 50% re-stocking and collection charge, plus a further £12.50 plus VAT if the goods being returned have a value of less than £100.00 excluding VAT.

Please note: We are unable to offer refunds on aggregates and cement products and do not eccept returns on loose materials.
