Can I request a timed delivery?
We cannot guarantee a specific time for any delivery but we will normally be able to give am/pm on a requested day. There may be occasions when the particular days workload is such that we have to make changes to projected delivery schedules. We recommend that you always arrange your delivery to arrive the day before you intend to start your work.
Can I order any quantity?
Yes you can but for orders under £60 plus vat you would incur a £10 plus vat delivery surcharge.
Do you send materials anywhere?
We are able to send materials to most UK mainland destinations and also to the Isle of Wight, Jersey and Guernsey . Please speak to our Sales Team who will be happy to quote for delivery options to destinations outside of our normal delivery area on the South Coast.
Can I return unused or unwanted materials.
We will accept returns still in the original pack format and undamaged. A surcharge will apply to cover delivery and collection and re-stocking/handling etc. Please speak to our Sales Team who will be happy to advise.
Will you deliver on a weekend?
We deliver on a Saturday am as well as Monday to Friday. No deliveries on Bank Holidays and the Christmas period.
What if I order the wrong materials?
Please try not to and if you are unsure about a product, do speak to our Sales Team who will readily give advice. We regret the same terms as return goods would normally apply but again please call to discuss the matter.
Some of my materials appear damaged, what is the procedure?
In the case of bricks it is normal to allow approx 5% wastage for damage in packing and transport and any cutting etc. Paving, walling and most other products should arrive in good condition but in any case we need to be advised before work commences to enable inspection and replacement if necessary .
Can I pay C.O.D (cash on delivery) or card over the phone?
We accept C.O.D orders for delivery in our normal zone with our own vehicles. Other destinations would have to be pre-paid. We take most major Credit and Charge Cards over the phone.
